• Relaxation for pregnant women
  
  • Tuesday, 21 October from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.: at the Maison de la Parentalité (bring a breastfeeding cushion if possible)
  • Wednesday, 29 October from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.: at the Maison de la Parentalité (bring a breastfeeding cushion if possible)
• Babywearing

    Every day, we are exposed to various substances found in indoor air, cosmetics, food, cleaning products, clothes, furniture, etc. Find out some simple tips on how to limit these substances in your home.
