A week dedicated to breastfeeding and parenthood

To mark the 27th World Breastfeeding Week, the Sainte-Clotilde Clinic is organising a series of free workshops for expectant parents, new parents and early childhood professionals.

The theme for this year is:
"Prioritising breastfeeding: creating sustainable support systems"

Monday, October 27 – Sharing and infant well-being

1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.: Parents' café on breastfeeding
4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.: Osteopathy – Holistic care for infants

Tuesday, October 28 – Baby’s sleep and comfort

9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.: Baby sleep
11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.: Baby massage
1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m.: Foot reflexology – Baby discomfort

Wednesday, October 29 – Creating a calm environment

9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.: Nesting – Creating a healthy environment for baby and mother
1:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.: Sophrology session

Thursday, October 30 – Nutrition and preparing for breastfeeding

10:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.: Nutrition and breastfeeding
10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m.: Preparing for breastfeeding – Psychological aspects
2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.: Prenatal yoga
