A complete prenatal support at the Sainte-Clotilde Clinic
From October 30, 2025, the Mother-Child Center of the Sainte-Clotilde Clinic launches a brand new prenatal day hospitalization program. Proposed every Tuesday and Thursday morning, this program allows future mothers to benefit from a complete prenatal check-up, from the first trimester of pregnancy.
Supervised by a multidisciplinary team specialized in perinatal care, this program aims to offer personalized support, in addition to the classic medical follow-up.
A program for future mothers
This new prenatal day hospital is intended for all pregnant women wishing to benefit from a time of exchange and prevention . The objective of this morning is to:
- Promote physical and emotional preparation for motherhood,
- Inform and reassure about the progress of the pregnancy,
- Promote healthy lifestyle habits for the mother and the baby
A multidisciplinary and personalized care
Each session of the program is supervised by expert prenatal health professionals.
The participants are welcomed, upon registration, on Mondays and Thursdays from 8am to 12:30pm for a morning punctuated by different highlights:
Midwife: support and prevention
Individualized exchanges around pregnancy monitoring, personalized advice and prevention of disorders related to maternity.
Dietitian: nutrition and food balance
Practical tips for a trimester-appropriate diet, prevention of gestational diabetes and energy maintenance.
Adapted Physical Activity Teacher
Gentle and secure sessions to strengthen posture, improve circulation, and prepare the body for childbirth.
Sophrologist: relaxation and stress management
Breathing exercises, positive visualization and muscle relaxation to promote the emotional well-being of the future mother.
NESTING workshop: creating a healthy environment for baby
Awareness of everyday products and good habits for a healthy and more natural home environment.
A space dedicated to well-being and maternity
Developed by the maternity team of the Clinique Sainte-Clotilde, recognized for its expertise and the quality of its prenatal support, this program emphasizes caring, listening and sharing experience between future mothers.
