Our transversal structures

CLINIRUN

Created in 2002, its main mission is to provide the Group's establishments with resources, shared means and standardized tools to help and support them in their operation.

• Goals :
  
  • Centralize all the management and logistics activities of the establishments of the Groupe de Santé CLINIFUTUR.
  • Set up an operational structure bringing together management, support and cross-functional functions.
• It includes: The Medical Department, The Administrative and Financial Department, The Human Resources Department, The Performance Department.

As well as :

• Support Departments: Pharmacy, Accounting, Communication, Information Systems and Internal Organization Department, Purchasing
• Cross-functional functions: Management control, Biomedical, Works, Department of Medical Information, Legal, Guardianship Relations Unit

GCS CLINIPHARMA

Created in 2022, it has been authorised since 27 June 2023 for the activities of :

• Internal-use pharmacy in a private healthcare establishment
• Preparation of sterile medical devices
• Preparation and reconstitution of cytotoxic drugs (chemotherapy). 

It brings together pharmacy and logistics activities on its site, as well as part of the staff of GIE Clinirun.

The warehouse is dedicated to the storage and supply of the PUI: medicines and medical devices. 

A total of 2,784 pallets in 1,300m² of storage space

CLINISERVICES

Created in 2013, the GIE CLINISERVICES works with the establishments of the Groupe de Santé CLINIFUTUR based in Réunion through the following objectives:

• Pooling, harmonization and professionalization of cleaning practices.
• Centralization of purchases of used products and small equipment needed for cleaning.

Its purpose is to facilitate and develop the economic activity of its members, to improve or increase the results of their activities by achieving economies of scale, to seek all synergies, and to take advantage of the added economic values. of each of its members.
