Clinique Saint-Vincent

The Clinique Saint-Vincent is a facility comprising two centres.

The Medicine, Surgery and Obstetrics (MCO) Centre, comprising:

  • An operating theatre/inpatient and outpatient surgical unit equipped with a Surgicube,
  • a day hospital for pre- and post-operative care of patients suffering from anal incontinence,
  • the Seqoia Day Hospital, a centre for the assessment and screening of hearing and balance disorders.

The Medical Care and Rehabilitation (SMR) Division, comprising:

  • An inpatient ward with three specialisations: Musculoskeletal, General and Geriatric
  • three day hospital wards with the same specialisations. This centre is equipped with specialised technical facilities, including balneotherapy and walking aids with body weight support.

Each patient receives a personalised care plan, drawn up by a multidisciplinary team within the first 15 days of admission and updated after 30 days of hospitalisation. A reassessment of the care plan is carried out within 15 days prior to discharge to coordinate and evaluate its feasibility.

The Saint Vincent Clinic was awarded ‘High Quality of Care’ certification in October 2024, valid for a period of four years.

It is also included in the 2020 Le Point top list in the specialties below:

  • Hearing: 29th out of 373 clinics

Since March 2022, the clinic has been committed to the Romain JACOB Charter and fully supports its objectives to promote the social inclusion and full citizenship of people with disabilities: helping to support and improve access to care and healthcare for people with disabilities. Full inpatient service:

In the full inpatient ward, our Medical and Rehabilitation Care (SMR) facility accommodates patients requiring geriatric care and musculoskeletal rehabilitation (45 beds), supported by a dedicated medical team (two GPs, a geriatrician and a physiatrist) and comprehensive multidisciplinary support (physiotherapy, occupational therapy, EAPA, psychomotor therapy, psychological support, dietary advice and social support).

Day Hospital Services:

In a day hospital (HDJ), a specialised multidisciplinary team (physiatrists, geriatricians, GPs, occupational therapists, EAPA specialists, psychomotor therapists, dietitians and social care assistants) offers three care pathways: a geriatric pathway (dedicated to cognitive and/or motor disorders) and two musculoskeletal pathways (one focused on chronic pain, the other serving as a bridge following an inpatient stay).

This system ensures continuity of care for patients discharged from Inpatient Care (HC), who are referred upon discharge to the geriatric day hospital if they have cognitive impairments, or to the musculoskeletal day hospital if they do not have cognitive decline.

Each patient undergoes an admission assessment on arrival, enabling them to be placed in group sessions within a group suited to their motor and cognitive abilities.
