Since September 1, 2014, the clinic has opened a consultation and reception office for unscheduled care. This service is not authorized to exercise emergency medicine and is therefore not intended to replace it.

The palliative care unit (USP) of the Clinique Sainte Clotilde enters its tenth year of existence in 2017. The USP is a service of 6 individual rooms where patients are cared for by an interdisciplinary team (Doctors, Nurses, Caregivers, Psychologist, Psychomotrician, Physiotherapist, Social Worker, Socio-Aesthetician), in a coordinated way, centered on the patient and his family.
It takes care of an average of 130 patients per year, who come first from their home, then from other care structures, depending on the severity of the symptoms. Palliative care is not limited to the USP. Patients and their relatives can be seen in outpatient or day hospitalization, as part of a personalized follow-up according to needs. Slots are specifically dedicated to this, at the Clinic, at the Pain Center. Do not hesitate to contact us by phone, at the secretariat or in the Service.
Thanks to the USP request form completed by the doctor referring the patient (treating doctor, hospital, HAD).
Although deaths are not uncommon, more than two thirds of the patients treated return to their homes or other care structures downstream of the USP. Outings are prepared and coordinated with the family, home caregivers, home care structures (HAD, MAD), or institutions.

Access to care for all via our Health Care Access Center (PASS)
Reunion is the 3rd poorest department in France. The Clinique Sainte-Clotilde, located in the municipality of Saint-Denis, includes a mixed PASS system (a Generalist Permanence and a Perinatal Permanence), and works with a multidisciplinary team accompanying the population concerned by the PASS, in order to facilitate their access to the health system.

The mission of the Users' Commission is to ensure that users' rights are respected and to help improve the quality of care and support for patients and their families.
It is made up of representatives from the hospital, doctors, mediators and user representatives, and has been set up to help you with your complaints.

The Maison d’Accueil Sainte-Clotilde (M.A.S.C.) is an accommodation service offered by the Clinique Sainte-Clotilde.
Created in July 2018, its mission is to welcome and accommodate autonomous patients who meet the following admission conditions: pre or post-hospitalization, outpatient treatment, examinations, consultation whose state of health does not require any medical supervision. or paramedical.Located just 3 minutes from the Sainte-Clotilde Clinic and with its panoramic view overlooking the heights of the city of Saint-Denis, the M.A.S.C. is a local accommodation solution, but also a place for patients to relax, share and meet.
It has a capacity of 33 studios.
The allocation of studios is made by the Manager, on the basis of the 22 beds dedicated to the Clinique Sainte-Clotilde.
Each studio can accommodate an accompanying person in addition to the person staying.
